The Hon. Mr. JUSTICE FEETHAM'S Report
Mr. Justice Feetham is Judge of the Supreme Court of South Africa. He rendered valuable service as Chairman of the Irish Boundary Commission, 1924-25, and was Chairman of the Local Government Commission, Kenya Colony, 1926. This summary of the main portions of the report which he has recently made to the Municipal Council of the Inter- national Settlement, Shanghai, has been compiled by the China Association, 99, Cannon Street, London, E.C. 4, where full particulars and other relevant information are obtainable.
